Commemorating the commendable successes of AJS’s USA Sales Manager Mike Jackson – in the November 1971 Barstow to Vegas, District 37, Mojave Desert race. A line-up of some 3,200 riders, faced a gruelling 190 mile course that included such hazards as deep sand, steep dunes, a snowy mountain pass, millions of rocks and out-of-control fellow competitors! Despite the challenges, Mike finished an impressive 14th onboard the AJS Stormer.
